TDP T-Forum to donate day's salary to T-martyr's kin

Telugu Desam Party Telangana Forum on Monday took a decision to donate one month salary of all MLAs to next kin of martyrs, who laid down their lives for the cause of Telangana.

Talking to media persons after chairing a meeting convened at TDP Legislature Party office, Telangana senior leader Nagam Janardhana Reddy said the Telangana legislators have decided to give their one month salary for the next kin of martyrs’ family members, who laid down their lives for the cause of Telangana.

He said that the forum also took a decision to stage agitation before the house of Congress president Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi on October 25 seeking favoring Telangana state formation.

The senior TDP leader invited all political parties to extend their cooperation and coordination in this regard.

He also demanded that the government make its stand clear on 42 percent quota for Telanganites in the recruitments being conducted by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Mr Janardhan Reddy said that he would meet Chief Minister K Rosaiah in evening over the recruitments in judiciary.

He said that he would urge CM to implement 42 percent quota for recruitments in judiciary to Telangana people.
