S P Chary sends legal notice to Allu Aravind

Ever since “Magadheera” released with much fanfare, the name SP Chary has been grabbing the headlines. He is not a part of the movie crew but the writer of the novel named “Chanderi”. He came out with a statement that it is his novel that has been copied and made into “Magadheera”. According to sources, he has also sent a notice to Allu Aravind, the producer of the movie.

He has asked the producer to apologize for plagiarism and pay compensation to him. He has threatened to take legal action if the producer fails to meet either of the two conditions. According to the movie name card, Vijayendra Prasad was named as the writer of the movie.
