Gang Leader Trailer: The Sixth Man?

When everyone thought Gang Leader would be postponed from September 13th to avoid the clash with Varun Tej’s Valmiki, makers of Nani starrer announced to release the film on the scheduled date. Interestingly, Valmiki is pushed by a week to September 20th.

Gang Leader trailer is out a couple of weeks ahead of the film’s release. Like the teaser, the trailer too promises that the film is going to be a laugh riot with revenge as main theme.

Nani plays the role of a copycat writer who pens stories and novels based on super hit Hollywood films. Interesting part is his true translation of titles for his novels. “Raseedu Ni Champu” is the title of his book which is a rip off of “Kill Bill” film.

Actually, six females of different age groups hire this writer to catch a fraud and take revenge on him. We can observe visuals of a bank robbery and apparently the story revolves around it.

There is a scene where Nani is seen wearing the mask of mega star Chiranjeevi. As is known, Nani and team borrowed the title Gang Leader from Chiru’s blockbuster film.

The moment Nani talks about the sixth person, the main villain of the film Kartikeya is introduced. The revenge drama directed by Vikram Kumar seems to have narrated in a hilarious manner with Nani showing his heroics in the end taking on Kartikeya.

Visuals looked lavish and Anirudha Ravichandran brings hilarity in every scene with his background score. Al in all, Gang Leader trailer looks promising.
