Why Is Maddy In Savyasaachi?

Bollywood and Kollywood Star Madhavan attainted stardom across the nation with his lover boy looks and energetic performances. He stole the hearts of all Telugu movie lovers with the dubbed releases which turned super hit.

Many Telugu filmmakers flooded him with crazy offers but Madhavan surprisingly refused them. When scribes questioned them whether he would star in a Telugu film, he gent a outright negative reply  saying he doesn't know Telugu and can't not do a film in a language which he doesn't know.

Madhavan finally is starring in a Telugu film Savyasaachi sharing screen presence with Naga Chaitanya under the direction of Chandoo Mondeti. Did any thing change all these years? No.. then why did Madhavan changed his views?

Madhavan sharing the secret says 'Yes I don't know Telugu. That is the reason I didn't do any Telugu films all these years. However Savyasaachi script and  my character excited me completely. I felt like I should work with young and exciting talent like Chandoo Mondeti. So I set aside by reservations about alien language and gave green signal. I allotted very few days for the film and I am not the hero in the film. It is a lengthy special role with negative role. It is true that I don't have the comfort or advantage of doing a film in Tamil or Hindi. I can't improvise any dialogue spontaneously. However since my role is special, I am doing this film.'
