Hyderabad, Jan 30: Yesteryear super-hit ‘Maya Bazaar’ considered as a classic product of Tollywood, got a massive response from the film buffs on Saturday.Super Good Films has released the Rs 5-crore colour version of the film and Gold Stone Technologies Limited has converted the black and white film into colour.The black and white film of 1957 was directed by K V Reddy. Its leading stars included Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Savithri and S V Ranga Rao.

Talking to media over the huge response to the film from all sections of people, Gold Stone Technologies Managing Director Jagan said the audiences were booking advance tickets for the film as if it was a new film.“This new colour version will have DTS sound and 55 prints were released simultaneously. It is as good as the old film and nothing  has been changed or edited out,” he said.He said company will also release colour version of ‘Missamma’ and ‘Jagadekaveeruni katha’ in the next two months.
