I Made Robots in 6 Lakhs: Sabu Cyril

Art Work is a tough department which enhances a feel in film. When it comes to Rajamouli, he is a total workaholic and Art Work in his films speaks strong and louder.

May it be ‘Magadheera’ or currently in post production stages of ‘Bahubali,’ the primary element to shock all of us with visual grandeur is the dedication from Art department enhanced by VFX team. Sabu Cyril, the most popular personality in Art Direction field of Indian cinema has allotted two years of call sheets for converting Rajamouli’s vision into a reality.

‘One of my best works includes ‘Robot’ of Rajinikanth. Director Shankar wanted me to flow the USA for having a look at different robots. After seeing them, I could not say my producer to shell out 5 Crores for each ‘Robot.’ As I reached India, I prepared the same kind of Robots at mere 6 Lakhs, of course these robots are without technical functioning,’ cretive Sabu Cyril explained.
