After Son, Now Father Falls For Cancer

The brave battles of many celebrities won against the sufferings of Cancer are really hard to digest. Like Manisha Koirala, Sonia Gandhi, Cricketer Yuvarj Singh etc, we heard many winning stories. Now, here comes one more addition in the name of Yuvaraj Singh’s father Yograj Singh who is recently diagnosed for throat cancer. The 56 year old is currently undergoing treatment in a New York based hospital. A surgery has also been performed to remove the tumor in vocal chords. 

Yograj’s wife Satveer Kaur said, ‘he would often complain about throat pain and cough. But he never let anybody of us to know about what is going on. He used to take medicines but when the problem got worse, he had to tell us. Firstly, he underwent chemotherapy in the same hospital where Yuvraj was treated but later shifted to a new hospital as suggested by expert doctors.’
