New Year Starts with Flop Films

Much more is assumed in 2014 compared to 2013 where we have seen equal number of hits and flops from star heroes. Starting the year of 2014 on a grand note, two movies have been graced into theaters yesterday (o course, with definite problems of positioning). They are family hero Srikanth’s ‘Kshatriya’ and Aravind Krishna’s ‘Biscuit.’ With biggies entering into the race from 10th and 12th on the eve of Pongal festival season, this is the right time for small and medium films to check their fate.

‘Kshatriya’ directed by Uday Chandu was reported to have made with an interesting story line but the immaturity and lack of experience resulted in a disappointment. Same do apply for ‘Biscuit’ in direction of Anil Gopireddy where except Thagubothu Ramesh comedy there is nothing to entertain us. On a whole, there are negative reports from film lovers for both the flicks released exactly on New Year. Hope that, Mahesh Babu will manage to meet our expectations.
