Tammareddy Bharadwaja, is the well known Producer, Director and a personality well associated with Labour Unions in Telugu Industry and honorable member of MAA, AP Director’s association and AP Film Chamber of Commerce.

More than that Tammareddy Bharadwaja is known for his frankness in the field. On the eve of International Children’s Film Festival, media asked Tammareddy Bharadwaja about the lack of Children’s films made in Tollywood.

Tammareddy Bharadwaja’s answer looked typical of his style. He said, “The heroes in Telugu film industry are not real heroes. These heroes don’t have any guts (Dammunna magaallu leru) to make the kind of films as ‘Taare Zameen Par’. Aamir Khan is the real hero and I don’t find any such kind of heroes in Tollywood.”

“The befitting reply from Tammareddy Bharadwaja has shown his concern about the decreased standards in Tollywood. Heroes in Tollywood struck up with their mass images and never try to get out of them. Faktu Commercial formula movies are made and our heroes are only concerned about records and collections, nothing about the society. When there are good numbers of movies coming with messages and children oriented subjects in Hindi, Tamil and other languages, why does our industry stay back?,” a thought provoking personality of the media spoke regarding the comments made by Tammareddy Bharadwaja.

If the same continues for few more years, the highest films producing industry in the world that is Tollywood and its heroes may all be seen as real big Zeroes by the entire world.
