In connection with the 100 years of India Cinema, India Post has released 50 postal stamps of legendary filmy personalities of India. Fortunately, three among them are of from tollywood and they are SV Rangarao, Allu Ramalingaiah and Bhanumathi. This is the proudest moment for tollywood. Checkout the details of those legendary actors.

SV RANGARAO: He made his debut through the movie 'Varoodhini' which was released in the year, 1945. Thereafter, he showed his mark in acting and gradually turned as a dictionary of method acting. Unlike his contemporary actors, he performed acting with a realistic approach. His roles in the movies such as, 'Pathala Bhairavi', Mayabazar', 'Bhaktha Prahlada', 'Bhookailas', 'Bhatti Vikramarka', 'Narthanasala', 'Pandanti Kapuram' earned great reputation for him. He was the second actor of India, who won International Award in Jakarta Film Festival for his performance as Keechaka in 'Narthanasala'.

ALLU RAMALINGAIAH: Having acted around 1000 films, Allu Ramalingaiah is considered to be one of  the legendary comedy artists of tollywood. He made his debut through 'Puttillu(1953). He received Padma Sri Award from the government of India and Raghupathi Venkaiah award in 2001. He was the father of mega producer Allu Aravind and father-in-law of Megastar Chiranjeevi.

BHANUMATHI RAMAKRISHNA: She made her debut to tollywood through 'Varavikrayam(1939). She was a great multi-faceted personality. She had a great command as an actor, director, writer, singer etc. She received 'Padma Bhushan' award by the government of India. Her 'Aththagari Kathalu' was one of the greatest literary works in Telugu literature.
