Mohan Babu wins Legally

The committee appointed by State Government to review the film of 'Denikaina Ready' might find no existence in the light of High Court judgment. Yes, Mohan Babu filed a petition two days ago questioning the powers of State to review a film which has been already Censored and released has come for a listening. Justice KC Bhanu has ordered the State not to take any immediate actions until their next judgment is delivered.

This means a stay order and 'Denikaina Ready' will be screened as usual with no cuts recommended by the committee. While the next verdict is expected two weeks later, one more case has been filed in High Court by C. Raghunath Rao demanding a complete ban on film for the objectionable content.
