Ritika Singh Warns Fans About Fake Accounts

Actress Ritika Singh has alerted fans about fake social media profiles and AI generated deepfake videos being shared in her name. She took to Instagram to warn followers that some people are misusing her identity online. She urged everyone to stay careful and avoid believing or sharing such misleading content.
According to Ritika, certain fake accounts promise exclusive content and ask followers to pay a monthly subscription fee of ₹400. She clarified that these profiles are not connected to her. Fans should not send money or share personal details with anyone operating such accounts.
She also warned that some videos circulating under her name are digitally manipulated. Using artificial intelligence, people are placing her face in unrelated footage and presenting it as genuine. Ritika asked fans not to trust these clips, explaining that they are deepfakes and have nothing to do with her.
The actress advised followers to check for the blue verification tick before following her Instagram account. She also asked them to report suspicious profiles instead of engaging with them. Reports about celebrity deepfakes highlight growing concerns over online impersonation, financial scams and misuse of personal images across social media platforms.
