The verdict upholds the Telangana High Court order. The disputed asset was sold for about ₹8.51 crore in a 2022 auction.The case stems from loans taken by Sri Parameshwara Poultry Farm Limited. Ganesh’s family stood as guarantors. After dues remained unpaid, Union Bank seized the property in 2019 under SARFAESI Act. DRT initially cancelled the auction, but the High Court later restored the bank’s action.Bandla Ganesh’s lawyers argued the auction was invalid as the company was under NCLT insolvency. The first half starts with Vijay trying to raise his daughter without any fear and then the narration shifts to the introduction of the antagonist. The entire antagonist episode and there after looks silly and ridiculous to the core.The substandard and poor graphics turned the scenes into a tedious watch. the first half turns out to be stale with no real high elements. The second half continues in the similar manner and the core soul and emotion of Bhagawanth Kesari's Beti Ko Sher Banao goes for a toss. The pre climax and climax turns out to be childish with video game like elements. One gets a feeling that even video games or TV serials have better graphics.Anirudh Ravichander is known for his impactful works and he tuned the music and composed BGM for the film. However it turned out to be extremely disappointing as the songs failed to entertain and also not shot in an appealing manner. His background music failed to make any impact. He couldn't be blamed as the narration did not give him chance to do so. The editing of Pradeep Raghav turned out to be miserable. There are many scenes that tested the patience of the viewers. Had he used the editing scissors there wouldn't have been any film at all. The cinematography of Satyan Sooran became a disappointing affair. The dialogues failed to connect chords and most of them are politically motivated. Instead of elevating the emotions to the next level and better than the original, Vinoth concentrated on elevating the heroism of Vijay and also promote his political ideology. This resulted in the film turning out into a half baked one. Even the elevation scenes failed to make an impact and Vinoth shockingly killed the soul of the original. He failed completely with his story, screenplay and direction. The so called changes he made to the original instead of adding value, diluted the essence of the film and the message it intended to give to the society. Jana Nayakudu is touted to be the farewell film for Vijay but it turned out to be a failed farewell. He deserved better rather than this crap. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2 rating for Jana Nayakudu.

The climax turned out to be silly and ordinary.The music and songs of Bharat Machiraju turns out to be a disappointment. None of the songs impresses. To the top of it, he failed completely with his background music. Kushender CH showed the rural atmosphere with his camera angles in an appealing manner. However there isn't much left for him to showcase in the film. The editing of Sree Varaprasad failed to the core. There are many scenes that are repetitive and tested the patience of the movie lovers. Dialogues are pretty ordinary. The narration starts with the introduction of Atharvaa's character through Fahad Faasil's voice over and his personality and his thought process.Fahad Faasil highlights the mood of the viewers with his oneliners quite aptly while the narration got the hilarious touch with the actor &nbsp;Sudhakar. Fahad Faasil not only entertains but also mocks the character of Atharvaa and also the film's screenplay to leave all amused.But except for the two characters the film offers nothing new or exciting and turns out to be a tedious watch. The narration is stretched and screenplay is dragged to the core on a small point that hero cannot express his feelings for more than two and half hours.The film's convenient narration with Priety Mukhundhan's character disappearing surprisingly disappoints all. The convenient screenplay results in various characters appearing and disappearing as per the whims and fancies ot the director. The story offers nothing new and it is dragged completely with the pre decided runtime. To the top of it,the lead character not undergoing any transformation for almost 90% of the film tests the patience of the viewers.Director spent most of the time, highlighting the relationship between the lead character and his uncle and the girls in his life and in turn misses the emotional connection completely.The cinematography of Manoj Paramahansa showed the scenes in a natural and appealing manner. He highlighted how the opinions of people and middle class family changes in the backdrop of money heist.Interest levels increase with the starting scene of the bank robbery which takes viewers into the story. However later the introduction of characters slowed the pace of the narration. But the twists and turns involving the lead character and others and the negative shades increases the curiosity levels. The police investigation and others in the first half brings and end setting the tone for the exciting second half.However, the second half goes for a toss with the hero kidnap scene and various sub plots. While the first half is natural, the second half had shades of artificiality and illogical scenes. Couple of scenes in the second half turns it into a decent one.Ramess' Editing could have been far better as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the film especially in the second half. The story offered nothing new as many films came in the recent past highlighting the power of God and how ultimately he eliminates the evil forces who try to wreak havoc to posses the supreme powers.Films like Mirai and Hanuman turned out to be hits and of late many filmmakers are trying to milk people's interest in Sanatana Dharma and the secrets with dialogues pertaining to them but most of them are failing in their mission. If mythological and elements on God in a story comes naturally then it will connect chords with the people. However, all the so called Sanatana elements are forced and this ends up testing the patience of the viewers.Nagabandham also fell in the second category unfortunately. There is no clarity how the hero became the protector of the all powerful Brahma Kamalam right from the first half. The film lacked the drive and direction and it drifted in various directions and the screenplay turned out to be topsy turvy. Emotions play a key role in the films and the film lacked them completely. Only when emotions are strong and realistic, natural, it will help in taking forward the drama or action sequences.With emotions missing , the scenes come and go one after another and viewers are left wondering what was happening. The extreme violence in the marriage looked totally unnecessary and unwanted except for the gory scenes which the director felt would have made an impact on the viewers emotionally.Though the first half had no story, visuals are extravagant and the interval bang covered all the loopholes setting the stage for the second half. However the second half turned out to be extremely slow and all the characters turned unnecessarily loud shouting at the top of their voices. Director included family scenes revolving around children but none of them created an impact. The flashback episode lacked clarity and it is also filled with mindless violence.The climax action episode itself came to more than 30 minutes and the story revolved around it but none of them connected chords with the viewers. Everything goes with loud shouts and intense and senseless action. On top of it, they gave immense torture with irrelevant dialogues on Sanatana Dharma.The background score tuned by Junaid Kumar elevated the scenes to the next level creating the maximum impact. However, at times it turned loud and routine. The cinematography of Soundar Rajan S is top class. The VFX and CGI are of top class most of the time, except in few scenes where they looked pale and substandard.Junaid Kumar - Abhe's songs acted as speed breaks to the narration. Except for the Namo song, others failed to impress and some songs came with in 2-3 minutes gap. Editing left a lot to be desired, especially in the second half. He showed the transformation of the cop from a rookie to an efficient one in an able way. However the director failed with his lazy manner of story telling. There are many scenes that looked artificial and staged and looked awkward on the screen.He spent most of the time, showing the admiration of the subordinates to the protagonist and all these looked unnecessary and irrelevant. At times, the scenes and the screenplay looked clumsy and convenient insulting the intelligence of the viewers. There are also many illogical scenes and this impacted the final output. No one can guess the interval twist and the director should be complimented for it.While the first half had predictable scenes of hero and his gang and also his romantic track and the fights with the rival gang, the second half scenes are full of family emotions and sentiment. The pre climax and climax elevates the film to new heights. overall Sreekanth Sangisetty managed to engage gen z viewers with couple of twists.The dialogues are good and the Telangana accent appeal to youth.
