Vishal Praises CM Vijay For Shutting Liquor Shops Near Schools

Actor Vishal gave a big shout out to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay for his first big step after taking charge. In his first order as CM, Vijay told officials to shut 717 liquor shops that are within 500 meters of temples, schools, and bus stands. Vijay took oath as Chief Minister just two days ago at a grand event in Chennai’s Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium. The decision came fast and many people online are calling it a bold move for public welfare.

Vijay became CM after a week of drama around the election results. His party TVK won 108 seats out of 234 in Tamil Nadu. That was 10 short of the majority mark.
