The only saving grace is he included usage of technology in tracking the clues and merging of the videos to prove the sinster design of the criminals. Ravi Babu's screenplay and direction offered nothing new. While the first half though predictable is racy, the second half loses steam during the flashback episode.</p><p>The background score added value to the narration. It is thumping and helped in maintaining the intensity levels. The Cinematography is in sync with the story and the Narration. Editing is quite good except for few scenes in the second half. Dialogues are ok and production values are fine. However, the same cannot be said about the music and background score tuned by Mickey J Meyer. Background music failed to make any impact and songs didnot register in the minds of anyone. Satish Surya's editing left a lot to be desired. He left many unnecessary and unwanted scenes in the film that tested the patience of the viewers. Dialogues of Udhay Pottipadu looked outdated and substandard. Dubbing turned out to be a huge minus. But once again the second half goes off track and though the director tried to elevate the emotions betweeen father and son, father and daughter, and lovers, all those turned forced and convenient. Even Jagapathi Babu's character variation can be guessed by everyone and offered nothing new.</p><p>With the story turning out to be weak and lacked novelty, screenplay and direction went of a toss. <p>Sree Vishnu played a completely different&nbsp; role in the film. He slipped into the role effortlessly and did justice to it. He showed good emotions while feeling the pain of a small girl, expressed accordingly when he was not given the crime reporter job and came up with intense expressions while trying to nab the criminal.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Reba Monica John played the role of the ACP.&nbsp; Her role is used just to take the story forward and she didn't get much scope to show her talent. She just passed through the motions.&nbsp;</p>

Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.</p>
<p>People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.</p>

<p>Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.</p>
<p>While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.</p>
<p>With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. <p>Vishnu Vinyasam story is penned by newcomer Yadunaath Maruthi Rao. He tried to entertain viewers with a light hearted hilarious entertainer. He mainly concentrated on generating humour on the screen instead of concentrating on powerful story. He in the process emerged successful only to some extent. While in the first half, he generated little humour, he managed to double it in the second half.</p>
<p>Maruthi Rao, as he decided to entertain, roped in top comedians and emerged successful to an extent. But most of the time, he tried to highlight Sree Vishnu and underutilised other top comedians. He generated fun with Sree Vishnu and Satya but the same cannot be said about other actors.</p>
<p>The first half sails off smoothly with hilarious scenes and it comes to an end with a decent interval block. But in the second half, he loses the plot and he turned routine and monotonous with his comedy scenes and these turned repetitive. The final half an hour turned out to be routine and missed the strong emotional connect robbing the viewers of the high intense feeling. Everything fell flat and the climax was rushed and predictable.</p>
<p>The music of Radhan failed to make an impression. None of the songs are appealing and made an impact much to the disappointment of all. The songs infact turned out to be the biggest drawback. He showed love towards his daughter, care and fear for her safety and also the pain when she goes missing.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Vasanthika is good in the role of a daughter. She is bubbly when she gets a job and convinces her family members and showed her fear when the situation turns against her.&nbsp;</p>

He started the narration in an interesting manner and this increases the curiosity among viewers in the first few episodes. But from then on, everything turns routine and predictable as in their quest to come up with more twists and turns, they instead turned everything silly.</p>
<p>In his quest to come up with more twists, Poluri Krishna failed to come up with strong characters. This inturn impacted his writing leaving a void and the screenplay goes awry though it looks interesting from outside. With the passage of time, the characters turn preachy with the director unable to fathom how to take the story forward and bring it to a logical conclusion.</p>
<p>The cop is introduced as a tough person and has unique investigation techniques but the investigation scenes offer nothing new. They cop is just turned out to be a mere caricature taking orders from the higherups. Finally when the final episodes end, viewers heave a sigh of relief.</p>
<p>The editing of GV. Chandra Sekhar looks unpolished. There are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He tried to be smart to turn it decent but overall came up with a haphazard output. Sriram gave the background score for the plot. Sriram in his quest to elevate the scenes, came up with a loud score instead of adding finess to the narration. This inturn turned everything into over the top when it is not required. The cinematography of K.Mahesh Kumar is in sync with the story. He didnot try anything extraordinary and did what was required for the story sticking to the basics. But in the process he failed to realise that one cannot differentiate between Romance categorising it into Gen Z or Older generation.</p>
<p>He tried to highlight the purity in love in the older genderation compared to that of immoral values of gen z relationships but sperations and parting of ways have been prevalent in the society since longtime. The screenplay is linear and treads in a predictable fashion and in the end however failed to justify the reunison of the leadpair.</p>
<p>The film lacked the emotions and everything turns artificial as the director stayed away from the ground reality. He spent the entire first half on how the lead pair deal with the breakup and here he tried to impresses Gen Z with jargons like binge watching, stress shopping and stress eating. But he failed to live in the reality. Both the lead pair characters turned out to be artificial bereft of any emotions. Much to the disappointment of all, the so called interval bang fell flat.</p>
<p>He passed most of the time and the second half with flashbacks. Instead of increasing the interest levels, these turned out to be patient testers. Ganesh Chandra's writing turned out to be lazy and he thought it was casual and interesting. Sadly, he failed to understand the meaning and thought process of Gen Z and he confined himself to use it as jargons.</p>
<p>The music for the film is tuned by Vijay Antony. Though songs didnot make much impact, he added value to the narration with his background music. Ganesh Chandra himself handled the cinematography and he captured the visuals in an appealing and beautiful manner. <p>Suhas asusual did justice to his role. The role is tailormade for him and it has the blend of romance, youthful exuberance, humour and emotions associated with it. He worked hard to make an impact and made a decent impression. However at times, it looked as though he is just passing through the motions.</p>
<p>Shivani Nagaram looked decent on the screen. She performed well according to her role. She didnot get much scope to showcase her acting talent and variations in it but carried the little hearts vibes into the film. She impressed with his dialogue delivery.</p>
<p>Sr Naresh turned out to be the show stopper. In the first half his role is just confined to take the story forward and he did it in a subtle manner but in the second half he with his mannerisms and antics entertained all. <p>The second half continues in the same manner and in the runup to the pre climax and climax, he included father son sentiment scenes. However for all his efforts he failed to blend both entertainment and emotions in a perfect manner and this impacted the film's overall output.</p>
<p>Seeing the film, one understands why Censor Board asked the makers to change the film's title from Hey Bhagawan to Hey Balwanth. The story penned by Gopi Atchara offered nothing new and he came up with a mix of previous hits from various languages. At times the so called entertaining and emotional scenes looked illogical.</p>
<p>Mahi Reddy Pandugula's cinematography is in sync with the story. He showed the scenes in a natural and at the same time colorful as and when required. Viplav Nyshadham's editing is ok but could have been better as there are few repetitive elements that dragged the pace of the narration. The music of Vivek Sagar is ok. The songs looked forced and one could have done away with them as they didnot add much value to the proceedings. His background score is as per the story. Dialogues are hilarious and at times emotional. But many are loaded with double meaning. Production values are decent.</p>

<p> </p><p>The trailer of Karuppu is out and it looks full of fire. Suriya plays Saravanan, who fights for justice like Karuppusamy. The film opens in theatres on May 14. This is RJ Balaji’s first solo film as director. He earlier made Mookuthi Amman with a co-director. Fans are loving Suriya’s intense look and powerful dialogues. Many are saying online that the trailer gives goosebumps.</p><p>The story starts with a father and daughter played by Indrans and Anagha Maya Ravi. They wait for justice but their case keeps getting delayed. RJ Balaji plays the villain lawyer Baby Kannan who blocks them. When they lose hope, Suriya’s Saravanan steps in to fight for them. Trisha plays Preethi, a lawyer who has faced Baby Kannan before. She joins Saravanan in the fight. The trailer shows strong court scenes, mass moments, and a divine feel.</p><p>Karuppu has a big cast. Natty Natraj plays a judge. Mansoor Ali Khan, George Maryan, Swasika, Sshivadha, and Supreeth Reddy are also part of the film. The music is by Sai Abhyankkar. This is his second Tamil film after Dude. Many lyric writers like Pa Vijay, Vivek, Vishnu Edavan, Asal Kolaar, Adesh Krishna, and Arun Srinivasan worked on the songs.
