Nagarjuna's 100th film, directed by Tamil filmmaker Ra Karthik, is generating buzz among fans. The project, tentatively titled King 100 or Lottery King, marks a milestone in Nagarjuna's illustrious career. Ra Karthik revealed that the film will showcase Nagarjuna's versatility, blending action, brutality, and emotions.
The director credited Nagarjuna's trust for making the project possible, despite not knowing him well. "He doesn't know me that well, but it was only because of his trust in me that this was possible," Ra Karthik said. The film's shooting has begun, and an official announcement is expected soon.
Nagarjuna, known for breaking records in his 40 year career, has worked with prominent directors like Priyadarshan and Mani Ratnam. Ra Karthik's unique storytelling style is expected to bring out another dimension of Nagarjuna.
The film features a vintage look for Nagarjuna, similar to his iconic roles in Shiva and Rakshakudu. Tabu, Naga Chaitanya, and Akhil Akkineni are likely to join the cast in extended cameos, with music by Devi Sri Prasad.
