Sai Madhava Burra shocker about S.Saraswathi, Varalakshmi responds

Varalakshmi Sarathkumar made her debut as a director with S.Saraswathi. The film is produced by Varalakshmi along with her sister Pooja Sarathkumar on Dosa Diaries. The film got disappointing reviews at the box office.

Star writer Sai Madhava Burra provided story for the film. Now speaking to scribes , Sai Madhav Burra posted ' The story starts with my story and then ends with another story. Without informing me even once, they changed it completely according to their whims and fancies. They completely raped my story. My story is not a revenge drama. The soul is different and the entire story is different'

Following this, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar reacted to these allegations. She said she has great respect for Sai Madhav Burra and added that she did not steal neither the story or script and infact paid for the story. She said once she bought it , it becomes her and added that the story was with Sai Madhava for more than six years.

She added that she mentioned during the promotions that she developed the story after taking the core concept and changed the screenplay accordingly. She pointed that she even credited Sai Madhav Burra for the story and added that she was pained by the writer for using the word rape.
