Preity Mukhundhan Is Kartik Aaryan Co Star In Naagzilla

Preity Mukhundhan, a talented South Indian actor, is set to make her Bollywood debut opposite Kartik Aaryan in the fantasy creature comedy Naagzilla. Born on July 30, 2001, in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, Preity is a young actor, model, and dancer with a strong academic background in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. 

Preity's journey into films began with modelling and music videos, including the viral Tamil music video Aasa Kooda. She made her acting debut in 2024 with the Telugu horror-comedy Om Bheem Bush, but got recognition for her looks and glamour in Manchu Vishnu's Kannappa, also seen in Malayalam films Maine Pyar Kiya, and Sarvam Maya. Her performance in Sarvam Maya earned her recognition, and the film became one of the highest grossing Malayalam films.

Naagzilla, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, promises to be a high-concept fantasy comedy inspired by serpent mythology. Kartik Aaryan plays Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand, a 631 year old ichchhadhari naag, while Preity Mukhundhan is cast as the female lead. The film is scheduled to release on August 14, 2026, around Naag Panchami.
