Gavireddy Sreenu, known for his standout roles in the Amazon Prime series Kumari Srimathi and the hit film Subham, has embarked on a new journey with his latest project, Cheen Tapak Dum Dum. The film was launched with a formal pooja ceremony, drawing a host of industry well wishers and creating a buzz among fans and media alike.
The event was a star studded affair, with leading actress Samantha gracing the occasion, alongside directors Mallidi Vassishta, Gopichand Malineni, Nandini Reddy, BVS Ravi, and Gowthami. Samantha gave the first clap, Gopichand Malineni directed the first shot, Mallidi Vassishta switched on the camera, and the script handover was performed by Nandini Reddy, BVS Ravi, and Gowthami, making the launch a memorable and auspicious start for the team.
This marks a significant milestone for Gavireddy Sreenu, who transitions from writer to leading actor, and is expected to deliver a fresh and entertaining experience for audiences. The film is produced by Srinu Nagulapalli and is the debut production for Village Talkies, adding extra excitement to the project.
Cheen Tapak Dum Dum is directed by Y N Lohit, with Brigida Saga in a prominent role. The film’s technical crew is packed with talent: A S Prakash is handling production design, Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer, and music is composed by PR, with lyrics by Tirupathi Jaavana. The visual effects are being managed by Nikhil Koduru, and publicity designs are created by Shakthi VFX. The story and screenplay are a collaborative effort by Divya Thejaswi, Vikram Kumar K, Nag Trailblazer, and Ekalavya, ensuring a strong creative foundation.
