Dhurandhar's success can be attributed to its outstanding storytelling, direction, and performances by the cast, including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. The film's music, composed by Shashwat Sachdev, has also received widespread acclaim.

With its impressive box office run, Dhurandhar is expected to continue its winning streak, despite facing competition from Jana Nayagan and The Raja Saab. The film's sequel, Dhurandhar: Part 2, is set to release on March 19, 2026, in multiple languages. Dhurandhar has broken multiple records, including becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film in India, surpassing Pushpa 2's lifetime collection of Rs 738 crore.
