Premante, the romantic comedy starring Priyadarshi Pullikonda and Anandhi, is set to make its digital debut on Netflix from December 19, 2025. The film, directed by debutant Navaneeth Sriram, hit theaters on November 21 but didn't quite make a splash at the box office, collecting around ₹2 crores worldwide.
The story follows a newlywed couple navigating the ups and downs of marriage, with external pressures, including a determined police officer testing their bond. With a tagline that promises thrills, Premante blends fun and serious moments as the couple confronts their differences.
Alongside Priyadarshi and Anandhi, the film features Suma Kanakala and Vennela Kishore in key roles, with music composed by Leon James. Produced by Janvi Narang and Pushkur Rammohan Rao under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas, the movie is available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
In an interesting take, Priyadarshi and Anandhi shared their thoughts on marriage, emphasizing the importance of communication and thrill in relationships. "No matter how much you fight… you should sit, drink tea, talk, solve it, and sleep with love," Priyadarshi said.
