Panorama studios partners with pen studios drishyam 3

In a major Pan-India deal, Panorama Studios and Pen Studios have secured worldwide theatrical and digital rights to Drishyam 3, the highly anticipated Malayalam film starring Mohanlal and directed by Jeethu Joseph. Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas’ Antony Perumbavoor, the movie is the latest instalment in the celebrated Drishyam franchise, known for its record-breaking success and multiple acclaimed remakes.

The acquisition is a strategic and sentimental win for Panorama Studios, which previously produced the Hindi adaptation Drishyam 2. Kumar Mangat Pathak, Chairman of Panorama Studios, calls it a "transformative journey for Indian cinema," aiming for a massive international release. Dr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios emphasizes taking "exceptional Indian stories to the world" through this partnership.

Mohanlal reprises his iconic role as Georgekutty, saying it feels like "meeting an old friend with new secrets." Director Jeethu Joseph adds the story "doesn’t end, it evolves," excited for its global stage. The deal aligns with Panorama Studios’ expansion into Kerala, boosting its mission to promote Malayalam cinema nationally and globally.
