Risks involved in Celebrities coming up with Multiplexes. Of late, celebrities are expanding their horizons and they are coming up with their Multiplexes.

Already Allu Arjun has multiplex in Hyderabad and is set to open another one in Vizag while Mahesh Babu,Vijay Devarakonda, Ravi Teja, Prabhas have their own Multiplexes. Now Venkatesh is also coming with his own multiplex and Ram Charan is planning to set up one in Vizag.

Suneil Narang speaking about Allu Arun theatre in Vizag said “Operations will begin in May next year, and we promise audiences an excellent movie-watching experience,” and says “Visakhapatnam audiences love cinema, and this state-of-the-art theatre inside In orbit Mall will meet their expectations.”

He added “It’s mutually beneficial,” he explains. “Working with Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, and Venkatesh has always been great. They share valuable inputs that improve ambience, sound, and overall quality. AMB Cinemas with Mahesh Babu was a big success, and AAA Theatres with Allu Arjun has already created huge excitement.”

Venkatesh is revamping Sudarshan 70 MM and Suneil says “We want to provide the perfect ambience and unmatched viewing experience for cine-lovers,”

On the risks involved, he says When big stars are associated with a property, there’s no compromise on quality. We even built an open-air theatre with GMR that accommodates 150 cars — a truly ‘wow’ experience.” He adds “Turnouts fluctuate — some days we see roaring crowds, and a few days later, numbers fall sharply. That uncertainty is the real challenge.”
