Manjima Mohan shared her weight loss struggles. Manjima Mohan made her debut in Tollywood with Naga Chaitanya's Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo. She played the role of Nara Bhuvaneswari in NTR Mahanayakudu which starred Balakrishna in the lead role.

Manjima Mohan speaking to scribes said  “I had PCOD. Even though I gained a little weight, I thought I was healthy. But it was necessary to control PCOD. I had even approached doctors to see if it was possible to lose weight through surgery, thinking that I needed to somehow lose weight. Even though everyone talks about weight as a big issue, what really matters is health,"

Manjima Mohan added “Cinema is just a part of my life. If I lose weight and look different, maybe I'll get a few more films. But after that, no one will care about how I look." I have other goals beyond work.”
