Anirudh Hints About Coolie Sequel

Anirudh Ravichander has sparked excitement among fans by hinting at a potential sequel to the highly anticipated film Coolie, starring Rajinikanth. During a promotional event for the film's Hindi album launch, Anirudh expressed his hopes for a sequel, saying, "I hope there's a Coolie 2. The past one and a half years that we have worked on this film have been so magical."

He also shared his emotional moment with director Lokesh Kanagaraj after completing the final mix of the film, stating, "As a fan, I can't wait to watch the first day first show of Coolie. I know we can't get this time back again.. but I also really hope the film does great and we reunite for Coolie 2".

The film's success could pave the way for a sequel, with Coolie boasting an impressive ensemble cast, including Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Shruti Haasan, and Aamir Khan. The technical team features action choreography by Anbariv, cinematography by Girish Gangadharan, editing by Philomin Raj, and music by Anirudh Ravichander.

Rajinikanth's upcoming projects, including Jailer 2, are also generating significant interest among fans. Anirudh is set to return as the composer for Jailer 2, which is currently in production. Meanwhile, Coolie is scheduled to hit theaters today, on August 14.
