Film Employees demand for hike in wages has been snowballing into a huge controversy as the talks between Telugu Producers Council and Film Employees Federation has been remaining inconclusive.

According to the latest, the talks between Producers Council and Film Employees Federation failed once again today. Dil Raju after the meeting said that they have discussed on the two conditions put forward by the Producers Council and added that the producers are ready to increase the wages if the Employees Federation agree for those two conditions.

He said the talks will go on and said that there is need to come up with a amicable solution and resolution to the problem. However Employees Union rejected both the conditions of the Producers Council and said the strike will continue till their demands are met.

Coordination Chairman Veera Shankar, President Anil Vallabhaneni, General Secretary Ammiraju, Treasurer Alex, Women’s Production Head Lalitha, and others represented the Film Federation while Dil Raju, C. Kalyan, Bhogavalli Bapineedu, Achanta Gopinath, Tagore Madhu, Mythri CEO Cherry, Gemini Kiran, S.K.N., Supriya Yarlagadda, Vivek Kuchibotla, Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, Director Teja, Y.V.S. Chowdary, Rama Satyanarayana, and others represented the Producers Council. The meeting is also attended by Film Chamber  president, Bharath Bhushan, Secretary Damodhar Prasad, Treasurer Prasanna Kumar.
