Telugu Film Chamber powerful statement on Theatres Closure

Telugu Film Chamber rules out Theatres Closure. The crucial meeting between the exhibitors, distributors and the producers happened today at The Telugu Film Chamber. The meeting involving all the stakeholders concluded few minutes back.

Following this, Damodar Prasad, General Secretary of the Telugu Film Chamber, speaking to scribes revealed that the indefinite theatres closure from 1 June by the exhibitors in the two Telugu states has been postponed indefinitely.

He said discussion regarding various issues will be happening on 30 May in the Executive Committee Meeting in Visakhapatnam and then based on that a decision will be arrived.

He also said there need not be outsiders interference in the ongoing controversy reacting to AP Cinematography K.Durgesh ordering of investigation suspecting conspiracy on the timing of the ongoing controversy and also Pawan Kalyan's Hari Hara Veera Mallu release date.

Now all eyes are on the meeting which will happen on 30 May 2025 in Visakhapatnam.
