Rajinikanth praises Suriya Retro

Suriya's Retro directed by Karthik Subbaraj which hit last week failed to connect chords with Telugu movie lovers. However, the film's Tamil version is doing well at the box office

Now it is coming out that Rajinikanth happened to watch Suriya's Retro and showered praises on the film. Karthik Subbaraj shared the news posting  "Johnny praises Paari." For the unaware, Paari is Suriya's character from 'Retro'

Pooja Hegde played the female lead while Jayaram, Nasser, Prakash Raj, Sujith Shankar, Karunakaran, Tamizh, Prem Kumar, Ramachandran Durairaj, Sandeep Raj, Murugavel, and Remya Suresh played important roles. The music for the film is tuned by Santosh Narayanan and the film is produced by Stone Bench Creations and 2D Entertainment.
