Gautham Menon pained at Dhruva Natchathiram delays.Director Gautham Menon's much-anticipated film 'Dhruva Natchathiram' has faced yet another setback, with its release date pushed back once again. Originally slated for November 24, 2023, the film has been plagued by financial struggles, leading to multiple delays over the past six years.

In a recent interview, Gautham Menon expressed his dismay over the continued obstacles facing the film's release. He described the experience as "heartbreaking," particularly noting the toll it took on his mental well-being. Despite assurances prior to the November release date that the financial issues had been resolved, the film had to be postponed once more, leaving Menon and his team disheartened.

Reflecting on his frustration, Menon revealed the impact it had on him personally, with his wife becoming increasingly concerned about his well-being. He spoke of feeling a constant sense of unease and restlessness, which prompted his wife to stay by his side for an extended period.

The director also disclosed his desire to travel but acknowledged that his responsibilities to the film and its investors prevented him from doing so. He described the process of securing new investors as a "nightmare," adding to the challenges he faced.

Despite these setbacks, Menon expressed his excitement for the release of his film 'Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha,' starring Varun Kamal, which is set to hit theaters on March 1. He noted that while he had hoped for 'Dhruva Natchathiram' to be released first, he understood the producer's decision to prioritize 'Joshua.'
