Thank You Dear Telugu Movie: Story Review

Thank You Dear story revolves around an aspiring director and a real estate agent and how the deal with the challenges when they come together in life. Satyam (Dhanush Raghumudri), an aspiring director comes across a beautiful and strong willed girl Priya (Hebah Patel) who works as a real estate agent.

Even as they are on the verge of enjoying their love life, they got a shock when their their lives takes a drastic turn due to an incident. Where this leads to and how it is connected to Janaki (Rekha Nirosha),the twists and turns in their lives and how they deal with the situation form the exciting part.

Dhanush Raghumudri, who impressed on debut with his performance in Tantra, came up with an improved performance. He emoted well and expressed himself effectively, showing variations according to the situation, showcasing his joy, happiness, pain, and grief. He delivered dialogues according to the situation.

Hebah Patel performed well in the role of a strong-willed girl and lover. She impresses with her screen presence on the big screen. Rekha Nirosha complemented them well in the supporting role with her performance. Others like Chandu Pappu, Vera Shankar, Naga Mahesh and Ravi Prakash performed according to their roles.

Thank You Dear (2025) Movie: Technicians Review

Thank You Dear story is penned by Thota Srikanth Kumar. He came up with a love story and revolving around it he tried to address various issues like heartbreaks, addictions and personal, moral choices. He tried to highlight  various emotions in the love between two characters and to some extent he succeeded. He included powerful message to the youngsters and also few twists. But at times, the slow pace, predictable elements undid his good intentions. His screenplay is ok but could have been racier. Dubbing could have been taken care of for better feel.

The music of Subhash Anand is effective and soulful. The songs are shot in a beautiful and in the backdrop of visually appealing locations. His background musict could have been even better. He elevated the scenes with his background music. PLK. Reddy with his cinematography is in sync with the story. The visuals are beautiful and appealing and added natural feel to the proceedings. Raghavendra Pebbeti's editing is ok and could have been better in the first half.

Altogether, Thank You Dear turns out to be a predictable romantic thriller. Dhanush Raghumudri's hardwork and dedication is seen on the screen and director Thota Srikanth Kumar came up with a few surprise elements. However, slow pace, inability to execute the point on the screen, and predictable elements, played spoilsport. A little finetuning of the script and story would have added value. Considering all these aspects, Cinejosh goes with a 2 rating for Thank You Dear.
