Paanch Minar (2025) Movie: Story Review

Paanch Minar story revolves around a youngster who couldn't succeed despite his attempts and where his life leads to when he comes across the gang that is after the land settlement money.

Krishna Chaitanya (Raj Tharun), after his repeated failures to get a job, finds a way to become a cab driver. Where this leads to and how his girl friend Cathy (Rashi Singh), Father Koteswara Rao (Brahmaji), his friend Seshu (Sudarshan), Cathy's father Sankar Rao ((Sivannarayana), gangster Chotu (Ravi Varma), Murthy (Ajay Ghosh), Circle Inspector Govind Ayyer (Nithin Prasanna), Police Reddy (Srinivasa Reddy) form rest of the developments.

Paanch Minar (2025) Movie: Artists Review

Raj Tharun is in his self with his performance. He came up with his typical expressions and emotions and impressed with his body language. He is fine with his dialogue delivery. He showed variations while acting as a deaf person. However, at times he came up with similar expressions in many scenes and this diluted the intensity.

Rashi Singh played the typical role of the female lead. She didn't get much scope to show her talent. She just appears in few scenes and did what was required of her.

Ajay Ghosh impressed with his dialogue delivery. Brahmaji is impressive and evoked few laughs in the role of hero's father. He showed his experience in performing his role. Srinivas Reddy,Nithin Prasanna, Ravi Varma, and Sudarshan performed according to their roles.

Paanch Minar (2025) Movie: Technicians Review

Paanch Minar story is written by Ram Kadumula. He tried to entertain viewers with a love story in the backdrop of a gang that is after the hidden money. The story is nothing new, and Ram Kadumula concentrated on entertaining viewers by creating humour and including few twists. While some worked others failed to make an impact.

The narration starts in a routine and predictable manner with the hero's family scenes, romantic track and scenes with his friends. But things change quickly when the hero comes into contact with the gang. Till that time, the story heads nowhere with various characters coming and going.

The narration and proceedings pickup pace and increase the interest levels. The first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half. The second half assumes more serious tone and comes with more twists and thrills.

The film has only a couple of songs that are tuned by Shekar Chandra didn't add any value to the narration. They are youthful and foot tapping.  His background score took the movie lovers into the story proceedings elevating the scenes.

Aditya Javvadi, with his Cinematograph,y tuned the film's scenes into natural and realistic. Prawin Pudi's ending left a lot to be desired.  While the editing is ok in the first half,  the second half went on and on, and many repetitive scenes dragged and impacted the flow of the narration.

He should have used his editing scissors quite frequently in the second half.  Dialogues followed the normal tempo and offered nothing new and production values are fine.

Paanch Minar Movie: Advantages

  • Raj Tharun
  • Cinematography
  • BGM

Paanch Minar Movie: Disadvantages

  • Predictable Plot
  • Slow pace at times

Paanch Minar (2025) Movie: Rating Analysis

Altogether, Paanch Minar turns out to be a entertaining thriller. Raj Tharun tried something different this time, playing a differently abled person just like he did in Andhagadu. He as usual came up with the similar expressions and emotions and seems to be just passing through the motions after sometime. Director Ram Kadumula did an good job as a director. The story have novelty, and he could have added more value to the output had he worked on the script. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2.5 rating for Paanch Minar
