As we already know that Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam is more famous not for its service of divinity and humanity but for its service to VIPs and VVIPs. If yesterday was the ugly act of TTD in allotment of most prestigious ‘Vastraalankara’ tickets to T. Subbirami Reddy and his family till 2060 by taking a cheque of Rs. 20 Lakhs, today is one more insult by the presence of Vijay Malya, the liquor baron (Kingfisher) in Tirupathi.

In order to provide special darshan of Lord Balaji for Vijay Malya, TTD officials have totally halted the ‘Sarva Darshan’ for common pilgrims by two hours testing their patience. Being the weekend, flow of pilgrims was very high and as usual our TTD never cared about them and made them suffer in the waiting cages.  When media questioned on this, none were ready to accept the mistake. Shame on TTD.
