<p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Kannada star Yash is busy shooting intense scenes for Ramayana: Part Two. He plays Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s big two-part film. Since early April, the team has been filming at Film City, Goregaon. These are not regular villain scenes. The writers have created long monologues for Ravana. The idea is to show how he thinks and why he acts the way he does.</p><p>Nitesh Tiwari wants people to understand Ravana before they judge him. A source told, “These aren’t typical villain scenes. They are written as extended monologues, almost like Ravana is reasoning with himself.” The goal is to make Ravana a full, real person, not just a one-note bad guy. The shoot has been focused only on Yash for weeks. These parts go deep into Ravana’s mind, his beliefs, and what drives him.</p><p>The team knows that if viewers don’t connect with Ravana here, the rest of the film won’t hit as hard. The writing does not try to make him look good. It just lets him speak his side. Yash took a short break in mid-April to go to CinemaCon 2026 in the US. There he and producer Namit Malhotra showed glimpses of Ramayana and his other film Toxic. Yash told Collider that Ramayana is “our history” and a story about humanity that has lived for 5000 years. He also said Ravana had many good qualities and skills, which is why he is shown with ten heads.</p><p>After Yash wraps his solo parts, the film will move to big face-off scenes. Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sunny Deol as Hanuman will join in June. The cast also has Sai Pallavi as Sita, Ravie Dubey as Lakshman, Arun Govil, Kajal Aggarwal, Vivek Oberoi, and Rakul Preet Singh. Amitabh Bachchan is voicing Jatayu. The first part of Ramayana will release Diwali 2026 and Part Two on Diwali 2027. <p>Tirupati, Jan 23: Communist Party of India (CPI) state general secretary K Narayana on Saturday demanded that the state government release a White Paper on World Bank agreements signed on Friday sanctioning loan for drinking water projects.Interacting with media persons in Tirupati, Mr Narayana demanded that the government brief all political parties over the agreements before implementing them in the state.He blamed Congress government for the current confusion over the issue of separate Telangana by saying that some leaders in the ruling party were playing a dual role and speaking in two tongues.</p>

<p>Mension House Mallesh story is penned by Bala Satish. Bala Satish came up with a story in the backdrop of a rustic village atmosphere. The story has no new elements and lacks freshness. It starts in a predictable manner and continues in the same vein right from the start to the finish.</p>
<p>He added mass elements and double-meaning dialogues to appeal to B,C centres. He drew inspiration from the films like Ek Mini Katha and others. He took the core point from such kind of films which viewers were treated with earlier and added mass elements to attract.</p>
<p>Few scenes in the first half may appeal to masses but even they cannot sit through all the drinking scenes at the start. The second half turns out to be a patience tester and pre climax turns out to be little decent before the film comes to a happy ending. The story turned out to be routine and predictable and screenplay turned out to be uni dimensional and convenient. Direction followed the familiar traits.</p>
<p>Suresh Bobbili's background music is according to the story and the narration. The songs are situational and didnot make much impact. Ammamuthu's cinematography highlighted the rustic village atmosphere quite well and in a realistic and natural manner. The editing of Garry.BH is ok but could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that impacted the flow of the narration. Dialogues are penned to attract the masses. Production values are good.</p>

<p>He tried to blend humor and thrills but failed on both fronts. He starts the narration by introducing the protagonist's family as a different one by adding a hilarious touch. However nothing excites. None of the character arcs appeal to viewers as they just pass through the motions and most of the scenes miss logics and had artificial flavor.</p>
<p>The comedy of Sivaji, Laya and Roshan didnot workout as the scenes lacked the strengh and the role of Prince turned out to be silly. Director Sudheer Ram's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be weak and disappointinng. Preclimax and Climax turned out to be even more silly.</p>

Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.</p>
<p>People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.</p>
<p>Vidya Sagar Chinta's cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic manner. He used the lighting to perfection to show the night scenes in an interesting way. He used the colour combinations accordingly to show the variations in scenes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>S.Saraswathi story is penned by Varalakshmi Sarathkumar. Varalakshmi planned to touch the contemprary and the burning topic of atroticies on women and how justice is denied to them. She tried to add the medical disorder in order to add surprise element to the proceedings and the investigation process.</p>
<p>Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.</p>
<p>While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.</p>
<p>With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. Finally, S.Saraswathi's good intentions got diluted due to Varalakshmi's over enthusiasm and the flat screenplay and direction.</p>
<p>Thaman's music and songs though situational acted as speedbrakers. His background music is in sync with the story. A.M. Edwin Sakay's cinematograhpy is good and showed the scenes in a realistic and believable manner.</p>
<p>Venkat Raajen's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that turned out to be repetitive and slowed the pace of the narration.</p>

<p>Son Of story is written by Bathala Satish. He tried to come up with a emotional youthful entertainer highlighting the father son relationship. Though the intention is right, many such films came earlier and the story offered nothing new. The narration starts on a predictable note and from then on the entire first half treads with routine and monotonous elements and few irritating stuff with over the top and silly dialogues from both the father and son. When the first half ends, viewers heave a sigh of relief , expecting a better second half.</p>
<p>The second half continues in the same vein with many illogical scenes. However couple of scenes in the run up to the pre climax and climax adds value and connect chords of some viewers. Finally the film ends in a predictable happy manner. Screenplay looked forced and the direction treaded in an aimless manner.</p>
<p>Amarnath's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that looked out of sync and unnecessary to the proceedings. However, he couldn't be faulted as the story itself turned out to be weak. VRK Naidu's cinematography is as per the story and did justice to the scenes. The music is tuned by Rishi is turns out to be average. Songs at times acted a speedbrakers. The background score is ok. Dialogues are artificial and so too are most of the scenes. Production values are just average.</p>

<p>Sree Vishnu slipped into his role effortlessly. He managed to evoke few laughs with his comic timing. However due to his role he turned monotonous and routine and also went overboard with his performance as he tried to become more effortless and show his ease.</p>
<p>Nayan Sarika played the female lead in the film and looked gorgeous on the screen. She came up with a decent performance. Satya performed well and managed to generate few laughs with his antics. <p>Vishnu Vinyasam story is penned by newcomer Yadunaath Maruthi Rao. He tried to entertain viewers with a light hearted hilarious entertainer. He mainly concentrated on generating humour on the screen instead of concentrating on powerful story. He in the process emerged successful only to some extent. While in the first half, he generated little humour, he managed to double it in the second half.</p>
<p>Maruthi Rao, as he decided to entertain, roped in top comedians and emerged successful to an extent. But most of the time, he tried to highlight Sree Vishnu and underutilised other top comedians. He generated fun with Sree Vishnu and Satya but the same cannot be said about other actors.</p>
<p>The first half sails off smoothly with hilarious scenes and it comes to an end with a decent interval block. But in the second half, he loses the plot and he turned routine and monotonous with his comedy scenes and these turned repetitive. The final half an hour turned out to be routine and missed the strong emotional connect robbing the viewers of the high intense feeling. Everything fell flat and the climax was rushed and predictable.</p>
<p>The music of Radhan failed to make an impression. None of the songs are appealing and made an impact much to the disappointment of all. The songs infact turned out to be the biggest drawback. Sai Sriram's cinematography is good and turned the film colorful. The editing of&nbsp; Karthikeyan Rohini is just ok. Though the runtime is sleek, the editing left few repetitive scenes which impacted the overall output. Dialogues are ok and production values are good.</p>

He showed love towards his daughter, care and fear for her safety and also the pain when she goes missing.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Vasanthika is good in the role of a daughter. She is bubbly when she gets a job and convinces her family members and showed her fear when the situation turns against her.&nbsp;</p>

<p>D/O Prasad Rao story is penned by Poluri Krishna. He tried to thrill viewers with a story that has few surprises. However, he ended up coming with a simple story that turned out to be stale. He started the narration in an interesting manner and this increases the curiosity among viewers in the first few episodes. But from then on, everything turns routine and predictable as in their quest to come up with more twists and turns, they instead turned everything silly.</p>
<p>In his quest to come up with more twists, Poluri Krishna failed to come up with strong characters. This inturn impacted his writing leaving a void and the screenplay goes awry though it looks interesting from outside. With the passage of time, the characters turn preachy with the director unable to fathom how to take the story forward and bring it to a logical conclusion.</p>
<p>The cop is introduced as a tough person and has unique investigation techniques but the investigation scenes offer nothing new. They cop is just turned out to be a mere caricature taking orders from the higherups. Finally when the final episodes end, viewers heave a sigh of relief.</p>
<p>The editing of GV. Chandra Sekhar looks unpolished. There are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He tried to be smart to turn it decent but overall came up with a haphazard output. Sriram gave the background score for the plot. Sriram in his quest to elevate the scenes, came up with a loud score instead of adding finess to the narration. This inturn turned everything into over the top when it is not required. The cinematography of K.Mahesh Kumar is in sync with the story. He didnot try anything extraordinary and did what was required for the story sticking to the basics. Production values are just ok.</p>

<p>Bookie story revolves around a young couple who witness turbulence in their relationship and how they deal with them. Kailash (Ajay Dishan) and Aazhi (Dhanusha) suddenly experience their relationship hit the rock after few years and this lands them in a situation as to whether to continue with the relation or move forward parting ways.</p>

<p>Bookie story is penned by Puthiya Parthi and is helmed by Ganesh Chandra. He tried to entertain youngsters with a Gen Z story and used many Gen Z lingos to connect chords with them. But in the process he failed to realise that one cannot differentiate between Romance categorising it into Gen Z or Older generation.</p>
<p>He tried to highlight the purity in love in the older genderation compared to that of immoral values of gen z relationships but sperations and parting of ways have been prevalent in the society since longtime. The screenplay is linear and treads in a predictable fashion and in the end however failed to justify the reunison of the leadpair.</p>
<p>The film lacked the emotions and everything turns artificial as the director stayed away from the ground reality. He spent the entire first half on how the lead pair deal with the breakup and here he tried to impresses Gen Z with jargons like binge watching, stress shopping and stress eating. But he failed to live in the reality. Both the lead pair characters turned out to be artificial bereft of any emotions. Much to the disappointment of all, the so called interval bang fell flat.</p>
<p>He passed most of the time and the second half with flashbacks. Instead of increasing the interest levels, these turned out to be patient testers. Ganesh Chandra's writing turned out to be lazy and he thought it was casual and interesting. Sadly, he failed to understand the meaning and thought process of Gen Z and he confined himself to use it as jargons.</p>
<p>The music for the film is tuned by Vijay Antony. Though songs didnot make much impact, he added value to the narration with his background music. Ganesh Chandra himself handled the cinematography and he captured the visuals in an appealing and beautiful manner. The editing of Vijay Antony could have been far better as there are scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. Dialogues are ok. Production values are fine.</p>

<p>Suhas asusual did justice to his role. The role is tailormade for him and it has the blend of romance, youthful exuberance, humour and emotions associated with it. <p>The second half continues in the same manner and in the runup to the pre climax and climax, he included father son sentiment scenes. However for all his efforts he failed to blend both entertainment and emotions in a perfect manner and this impacted the film's overall output.</p>
<p>Seeing the film, one understands why Censor Board asked the makers to change the film's title from Hey Bhagawan to Hey Balwanth. The story penned by Gopi Atchara offered nothing new and he came up with a mix of previous hits from various languages. At times the so called entertaining and emotional scenes looked illogical.</p>
<p>Mahi Reddy Pandugula's cinematography is in sync with the story. He showed the scenes in a natural and at the same time colorful as and when required. Viplav Nyshadham's editing is ok but could have been better as there are few repetitive elements that dragged the pace of the narration. The music of Vivek Sagar is ok. The songs looked forced and one could have done away with them as they didnot add much value to the proceedings. His background score is as per the story. Dialogues are hilarious and at times emotional. But many are loaded with double meaning. Production values are decent.</p>

<p>Satyaraj in the role of father came up with subtle performance. He with his emotions and expressions, highlighted the fear of the father and at the same time his concern for his daughter. He elevated the scenes with his performance. Prakash Raj also came up with an impressive performance in the role tailor-made for him. Kovai Sarala also impresses with her screen presence.</p>

<p>Seetha Payanam story is penned by Arjun. Even earlier he directed few films but all those are action entertainers. This time to launch his daughter Aishwarya, he chose a love story. It is known that Arjun launched the film with Vishwak Sen in the lead and Pawann Kalyan graced the launch as a special guest. However, Vishwak Sen opted out of the project and Arjun roped in Sandalwood star Upendra's nephew Niranjan in the lead role. Coincidentally both Vishwak Sen's Funky and Arjun's Seetha Payanam released on the same date.</p>
<p>Seetha Payanam story is nothing new but Arjun tried to highlight the love, marriage, family bonding and other relationships that play key role. To the top of it, he also touched upon the cow protection. For all his efforts he became preachy most of the times. He starts the narration in a routine and simple manner before the road trip which increases curiosity levels. The developments later makes viewers to sit up and watch.</p>
<p>But from the moment heroine decides to thank everyone, the pace dips down considerably and the routine and preachy scenes ends up testing the patience of the viewers. Here Arjun deviated from the main topic and went on to touch topics like cow protection etc. Only during the climax, once again the family emotions connect chords with the viewers.</p>
<p>Anup Rubens came up with foot tapping and melodious tunes. The songs are situational and shot in colourful backdrop. Cinematography of G.Balamurugan beautified the scenes turning the scenes colourful. He captured the scenic locations in a visually appealing manner. Ayoob Khan's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. Dialogues are good. Production values are fine.</p>

<p>Couple Friendly story is penned by Ashwin Chandrasekar. He came up with a romantic entertainer to captivate all on the Valentine&rsquo;s Day. The entire first half progresses with the introduction of the lead pair and their family problems and how they fall in love and the startling happenings in their romantic journey.</p>
<p>Everything looks convenient and the narration and screenplay passes smoothly in a uni dimensional manner with few romantic and hilarious elements before things get serious thus bringing an end to the first half.</p>
<p>The second half takes a serious note and emotions are highlighted to the core, However this dragged the pace of the narration. The pre climax and climax though different in the current context however is stretched to a point.</p>
<p>Though one gets a feeling that everything is predictable in this so called love story, few emotional scenes pierce the hearts.</p>
<p>Aditya Ravindran's background music added soul to the narration and it took viewers into the story. Songs are melodious and situational. The cinematography of Dinesh Purushottaman showed Chennai city in a beautiful manner. The Gorilla shoot in Chennai locations gave a new feel and beautified the scenes on the screen.</p>
<p>Ganesh Siva's editing is ok but could have been better in the second half. Few dialogues are good and thought provoking. Production values are good.</p>

<p>Altogether Couple Friendly is an emotional romantic story. Director Ashwin Chandrasekhar got decent story and got the optimum performances from the cast and crew. With few powerful emotions, he managed to keep viewers glued to the screen.</p>
<p>Genex youngsters will get connected to the story. The first half looks predictable and routine, the second half takes a serious note and emotions are highlighted to the core. A little fine-tuning of the story and script would have added value to the final output.</p>
<p>Ashwin Chandrasekhar took an old point and tried to add novel touch but emerged only partially successful. Considering all these aspects, <strong>Cinejosh goes with a 2.75 rating for Couple Friendly.</strong></p>

<p>Amaravathiki Aahwanam story revolves around how a social media obsession of a young girl results in unexpected and terrific incidents. Bhargavi (Supritha) has fascination for YouTube videos and becomes popular with her ghost videos. She reaches Amaravathi along with her family, sister Bhanumati (Dhanya Balakrishna), her husband Easwar (Siva Kantamaneni), a suspended police officer.</p>
<p>However in Amaravathi, she experiences shocking incidents and where this leads to and what connection it got with Rajeshwari (Ester ) form the interesting part of the developments.</p>

<p>Siva Kantamaneni performed well in the role of the police officer. He added power to the narration with his intense performance. He made his presence felt in action sequence and showed variations in his mannerisms and expressions, body language and dialogue delivery.</p>
<p>Ester surprises all with her performance in the negative shades. Dhanya Balakrishna and Supritha did justice to their roles. Others like Gemini Suresh, Bhadram and Ashok Kumar did justice to their roles.</p>

<p>Pre interval and the climax sequences stand out. But there are many scenes that turned repetitive and predictable dampening the spirits. Some scenes are predictable and the slow narration in the first half impacted the film. Supporting actors are not utilised to the fullest.</p>
<p>The cinematography of Prabhakar Reddy added value increasing the horror and thrill feel with the camera angles. Padmabhan Bharadwaj with his background score elevated the scenes. Sai Babu Talari's editing is ok but could have been better. Production values are decent.</p>

</p><p>Hyderabad, Jan 23: The Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGENCO) on Saturday stated that the Dr NTTPS Vijayawada station has been selected for the Meritorious Performance Award under Thermal-I category by the Union Power Ministry for 2008-09.</p>
<p>The Dr NTTPS station has an installed capacity of 1260 MW, had generated 1,0341MU during 2008-09 and achieved a plant load factor of 93.7 per cent. It also recorded heat rate of 2,321 Kcal/kwh and availability of 95.1 per cent during 2008-09, according to the press release.</p>
