Tirupathi’s ‘Ek Venkanna’: Laddu ledu, Beddu ledu.

The auspicious day of “Vaikuntha Ekadasi” marks a great importance when it comes to “Vaikuntha Dwaram” in Tirupathi. Lakhs of pilgrims flow down to Lord Venkateshwara’s abode to seek the blessing on this day.

Nothing for the disappointment of pilgrims as TTD has once again proved its failure track record by making insufficient arrangements. Not just darshan, but right accommodation and right information were even lacking at Tirupathi.

Pilgrims unsatisfied by the arrangements have directly attacked the Endowments Office and shouted slogans against the TTD authorities, but again TTD was unmoved. To make the things still more worsen, TTD has stopped the supply of Laddu prasadam to pilgrims in the evening by which they were totally disappointed. With no rooms to take rest, no laddu to get the taste of unique god Lord Venkatesha, it was apt singing “Laddu ledu, Beddu ledu…Ek Venkanna”
