New Delhi,Dec 16: The ongoing row over the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and the rising prices of essential commodities rocked both Houses of Parliament on Wednesday, with the Telugu Desam members protesting against the Centre’s move to initiate the process of separate Telangana State formation. The entire Opposition created uproar over the prices spiral.The members in the Lok Sabha forced two adjournments during the question hour  before it was adjourned for the day after passing three Bills within 15 minutes.

The Opposition in the Rajya Sabha was also successful in raising the issues during the Question Hour , forcing an adjournment. Normalcy returned after the House was re-convene TDP MPs hailing from the Coastal region raised slogans demanding a Unified Andhra Pradesh and against the creation of Telangana State, even as one of the TDP members held aloft a placard which read ‘Jai Telangana’.Members belonging to BJP, Left, SP, BSP and Shiv Sena raised slogans against the rising prices of essential commodities.
