Kurnool,Nov 24:The Government will take stringent action against Usha Rani, the care-taker of Sambhavi, a seven-year-old girl, who is being projected as a prodigy with knowledge about her previous births,for building a hermitage (ashram) for the child on Suryanandi temple precincts in Nandyal in violation of Endowment department norms.According to Endowment Department Group Temples Inspector Hanumanthappa, action would be taken against Usha constructing an ashram inside the temple without the permission of the Endowment department.Hanumanthappa came to Suryanandi on Tuesday for inspecting the temple and the ashram under construction.

Usha has been residing in the Suryanandi temple, he said. He would submit a comprehensive report on the ashram to the government in a couple of days, he indicated.Higher-ups in the Department may appoint an executive officer for the Suryanandi temple soon.Meanwhile,Nandyal revenue divisional officer Madhavi Latha on Tuesday came to investigate the alleged violation of child rights pertaining to Sambhavi.Madhavi Latha met Usha Rani and her lawyer Durga Prasad in this regard. However,Sambhavi was not present.Mediapersons were also not allowed to come anywhere near.On Friday,State Human Rights Commission Chairman B Subhashan Reddy directed Kurnool Collector Mukesh Kumar Meena to probe the alleged violation of Sambhavi's privacy as a child and submit a report by Nov 30.
