Traffic regulations for 10K Run

Hyderabad,Nov 20: Hyderabad city Police Commissioner has issued orders for diversion of Traffic in connection with the ‘Hyderabad 10K Run and Half Marathon’ scheduled for Sunday (Nov 22).According to the order,Traffic would be diverted at the places mentioned below between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.Traffic will not be allowed on the Khairtabad flyover towards the Necklace road Rotary and will be diverted towards Khairtabad and Nirankari.Traffic coming from the Mint Compound Road and the Imax Theatre will be diverted to Khairtabad flyover.Traffic coming from the New Gate of Secretariat will be diverted through the Helipad Road towards the IMAX Theatre.Traffic coming from Iqbal Minar side will not be allowed towards Telugu Talli statue and will be diverted at the Old Secretariat gate on to the flyover.

Traffic coming to the old Saifabad Police Stattion Traffic signal from Nirankari will be diverted at Dwaraka Hotel towards Ravindra Bharati Junction.Traffic coming from Rasoolpura towards Ranigunj will be diverted at KIMS towards Paradise X Road.Traffic coming from MG Road towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Rocha Bazar T Junction towards Bata X Roads.Traffic coming from Bata towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Bible House Y Junction towards Kavadiguda.At the Karbala Maidan Traffic will not be allowed towards Tank Bund and will be diverted towards Bible House,Kavadiguda X Road,DBR Mills.At the Kavadiguda X Roads, Traffic will not be allowed towards the Tank Bund and will be diverted towards DBR Mills.At the Childrens’ Park T Junction on Upper Tank Bund,Traffic will not be allowed towards the Upper Tank Bund and will be diverted towards Kavadiguda.

At the Domalguda Junction near Bharat Scouts and Guides Office Traffic will not be allowed towards Sadhuram Eye Hospital and will be diverted towards Himayat Nagar via street No 3.At the Himayatnagar Y Junction,Traffic intending to go towards Liberty Junction will be diverted towards the Old MLA Quarters,Hyderguda.At the Liberty Junction, Traffic coming from Basheerbagh will not be allowed to take a right turn and will be diverted towards the MCH Office, BRKR Bhavan.At the Basheerbagh Junction, Traffic will not be allowed towards the BJR statue.At the AR Petrol Pump Traffic will not be allowed towards the BJR statue and will be diverted towards Nampally / Old PCR.At Sujatha School, Chapel Road, Traffic will not be allowed towards SBH, Gunfoundry, and will be diverted towards Nampally / AR Petrol Pump.

At the Chermas Junction, Traffic coming from the Chirag Ali Lane will be diverted to take a left turn towards Medwin Hospital to go to Chapel Road.At the King Koti Junction Traffic intending to go towards Abids via Hotel Taj Mahal will be diverted towards Basheerbagh / Boggulkunta.At the Boggulkunta Junction, Traffic coming from Ramkote and intending to Abids via the Surya Theatre road will be diverted towards Kingkoti.At Putlibowli,Traffic intending to go towards MJ Market will be diverted towards Feroz Gandhi Park,Bank Street, Boggulkunta, etc.At the Malakunta Junction, Traffic coming from the Gandhi Bhavan and intending to go to Charminar will not be allowed towards the MJ Market Jn.it will be diverted towards Alaska to go to Charminar via Goshamahal, Begumbazar Chatri, MJ Bridge, City College, Moosabowli, Laad Bazar.

At the SJ Bridge Junction Traffic towards Nayapul and Charminar  will be diverted towards Charminar via SJ Bridge, Darulshifa, Mirchowk and Charminar.At the Nayapul Junction, Traffic intending to go Madina and City College will be stopped till  all the runners leave the old city.
