Using fake calls and apps, he cheated Aditi Singh, wife of former Fortis promoter Shivinder Singh, and her family. The group took huge sums of money by promising help in a legal matter. Sukesh was first arrested by Delhi Police in 2017 and later by the Enforcement Directorate in 2021.The Enforcement Directorate says more than Rs 200 crore was collected through cheating and threats. The money was moved through bank accounts, cash, and shell firms. It was used to buy property, luxury cars, and costly gifts. The agency found phones, chat records, bank details, and other proof during searches. The ED says Jacqueline Fernandez stayed in touch with Sukesh and got expensive gifts through Pinky Irani. In the midst of all this, Mythri Movie Makers had filed the petition seeking directions to the state government and the home department to consider its representations dated May 15 and May 25 requesting for enhancement of ticket prices for the first seven days of the film’s release, scheduled on June 4. Thee matter came up for hearing in front of Justice Suddala Chalapathi Rao during the lunch motion session, M.V. Pratap Kumar,argued that the company had submitted representations to the authorities and sought protection of its right to request a ticket price revision. He reminded that the Supreme Court had stayed the High Court`s mandate that proposals for ticket price enhancement be placed in the public domain 90 days in advance.Mahesh Raje, counsel for home department, submitted that several cases relating to movie ticket price hikes were already pending before the High Court and any urgent orders at this stage could create confusion. The government pointed out that there were existing division bench and single bench rulings on the issue, besides pending contempt proceedings linked to earlier ticket price revisions. The court was not inclined to issue any interim orders in favour of the petitioner at this stage and adjourned the matter to June 6.As the High Court decided not to hear the matter before June 6, the makers decided to withdraw the petition.

&nbsp;Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer (EO) I Y R Krishna Rao on Friday requested the all district officials to work in a mission mode to make success the fifth phase of Kalyanamasthu programme to be conducted on October 28 across the state. Talking to media persons, the Executive officer said the marriages would be held at the fixed auspicious time between 09.20 hrs and 09.32 hrs in Dhanista Nakshatram on Vrishika Lagna. He requested the collectors to open a joint account separately with suitable district-level officers and intimate the bank account number to the Chief Accounts Officer of TTDs. Money will be transferred to the account as per the following fixed months, he said.
The TTD would appoint special officers to create awareness on Kalyanamasthu programme. The officer would take all necessary steps for those, who registered for marriage, to prevent any untoward incidents in the programme. He said the married couple can have the darshan of Lord Venkateshwara in Tirumala, along with their family members within 60 days in free darshan. The TTD would release Rs 50,000 for conducting Avagahana Sadassu at district level and another Rs 50,000 to meet the expenditure for each constituency, he added. The story is simple but he tried to turn it into a crime thriller adding delusional elements and also schizophrenia disease symptoms. The entire story revolves around a single point and he tries to excite viewers with confusing screenplay.To some extent he emerged successful but with the passage of time, one gets a feeling that the story is not moving any further. He tried to make up for it with hilarious scene in the police station during the preclimax. The entire first half is dragged with the love scenes featuring the lead pairs. The interval twist sets the tone for the second half. The pace picks up in the second half but the so called twists can be easily predicted.The music for the film is tuned by Ilayaraja. The songs looked like serial songs and offered nothing new. and the background music turned out to be a huge disappointment. One cannot believe that Ilayaraja scored the music for the film. The cinematography of Arvind Kannabiran is good. He showed the scenes in a realistic manner adding aesthetic elements. The editing of Junaid Siddiqui could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He came up with a simple story of how a family tries to protect themselves when on attack from dreaded gangsters. Many such films came earlier but Subhash K Raj narrated it in a different manner trying to send message to the society.He showed father training his daughter to be brave and not to tolerate any injustice not only to the family but others in the society despite mother expressing her own fears. He also highlighted the importance of martial arts and how it will be helpful as a self defence system.He started the narration in &nbsp;a gripping manner and then the narration and screenplay turns racy throughout the first half. The first half ends in a decent manner setting the stage for the second half. The second half also treads in a similar manner but pace dips at times and due to few repetitive and dragged scenes. The climax too turns out to be weak.Arun Radhakrishnan's cinematography is good. He used the camera angles and color combinations to perfection do give a natural and realistic feel. Ravi Basrur's background music is impactful and added value to the narration. The editing of Pradeep E Ragav is decent enough except for few drags here and there and repetitive scenes. He highlighted the darker side of the happenings in the lives of many women as many find it difficult to come forward and talk openly in public.The story offered nothing much but Pranav Swaroop penned the story highlighting the characterisation of pyschopath and it may appeal only to few.Shrie Saikumaar Daara with his cinematography gave a natural and realistic feel to the proceedings. The entire first half is loaded with the fights between husband and wife and the happenings between the friends and court scenes. All those things are routine and few hilarious scenes are just ok though they are nothing new.The first half ends with the revelation of the secrets of the protagonists and the entire second half is all about them proving their innocence. The director failed to connect the emotional chords and failed to establish how a small incidents lead to divorce. Few emotions are ok but the super heroes fights looked silly and didnot workout. He tried to load the second half with intense emotions but failed to do full justice to them.He ended few roles abruptly and didnot justify few characters in the film. Climax twist is decent &nbsp;to some extent.Satish Muthyala's cinematography is good. Shrawan Bharadwaj's music is just ok and so is the background music. Editing of Koti left a lot to be desired. But the routine shades and slow pace ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The entire second half is loaded with emotional content. The twist in the pre climax is good and the climax turns out to be emotional.There are many unnecessary scenes that defies logic and also the conflict is not shown in &nbsp;a convincing manner. The relationship and connection to four kids and the granny is not shown properly.Aravind Thirukovela with his cinematography turned the scenes colorful and visually appealing on the screen. He continues from where he left in Drishyam 2 and the narration progresses in the same vein. He starts the narration in an interesting manner increasing the curiosity levels highlighting the fears of the protagonist in the wake of the recent developments which got him unwanted media attention.He also showed the emotional situation and trauma of the female cop who experiences shock of her son's death and how to deal ith them. He slowly corelates both the incidents and developments and showed the media trail and social media impact on the protagonist's family. He concentrated on the happenings in Varun's life and tried to surprise viewers.Though Jeethu Joseph tried to highlight the emotional complications and implications and also worked hard to maintain the thrill factor, viewers who watched the first two parts, feel everything is stretched and they could easily guess the next scenes and proceedings. They feel that Jeethu Joseph stretched the narration and the so called thrill factor to a point of no return. The slow pace in the first half tests the patience of the viewers. It is only during the runup to the interval block some sense of urgency is shown and few scenes increase the thrill factor.People expect a more interesting and intriguing second half. However the familiarity of the behavior of the characters robbed viewers of the novel feeling. Everything turns predictable be it the investigation sequences, emotional scenes and the pattern in unraveling the suspense. To the top of it, when viewers expect a shocking climax, the simple climax turns out to be a major disappointment. The way protagonist comes with silly ideas turns out to be a huge disappointment. The Telugu dubbing turned out to be the worst.The editing of Vinayak VS could have been far better. There are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The cinematography of Satheesh Kurup is in sync with the story. He used the camera angles and color combinations to give realistic and natural feel to the proceedings.The music of Anil Johnson is ok and his background score elevated the scenes. Balaji. He tried to entertain viewers by adding spiritual elements to a routine action entertainer with a message. For most of the first half, he spent time introducing various characters, establishing their problems and the proceedings in the court and elevate their emotions before introducing Suriya in an interesting and exciting manner. The slow pace tend to put off viewers as the scenes are predictable till the entry of Suriya.The narration picks up pace with the entry of Suriya and the spiritual elements generated curiosity. The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. The comedy scenes looked outdated and dragged the narration to the next level.The pre climax is good but inspired by films like Kantara and Pushpa but lacked the strong emotions associated with them. RJ.Balaji followed the similar template in Veerabhadrudu which he did in Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman except for few variations.The songs tuned by Sai Abhyankar had Tamil flavor. It is difficult to connect cords. His background score at times is good but at other times it turned out to be extremely loud. Kalaivanan's editing is ok but could have been far better. Though Dhruva Sarja worked hard, his character turned out to be loud. Reeshama Nanaiah is ok and Sanjay Dutt's character looked extremely awkward. However Arjun Janya's music failed with misplaced songs and also the background score turned out to be very jarry and loud. The predictable flashback and the episodes in the second half makes viewers run for cover. There is no respite to the viewers as Raj Thalluri comes with scenes that defies logic and gives immese torture. The story is extremely weak and screenplay and direction is atrocious. Considering all these points, Cinejosh goes with a 1 rating for Harudu.

 Despite producing medical certificate to facilitate the granting of bail order to Ramalinga Raju on medical grounds , Nampally Court on Friday turned down the plea for granting bail. Ramamlinga Raju the former supremo of Satyam Computers and the prime accused in the Rs 7,800-crore scam at Satyam Computer Services will have to wait for some time to get the bail granted from the Court.
Ramalinga Raju was charge-sheeted under various sections of the Indian Penal code for criminal conspiracy, cheating by impersonation, forgery of valuable security, forgery for the purpose of cheating, using a forged document as genuine, for falsification of accounts and tampering evidence.
