100% IT exemption for flood donations

The State Government Wednesday announced that for the donations towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, 100% income tax exemption can be claimed. The amount can be donated on-line and the on-line address is http://cmo.ap.gov.in/cmrf and is accessible anywhere in India.

The donations can be made through debit cards/credit cards also. This will credit the amount to CMRF account. The acknowledgement for the donations will generate from the C.M. automatically.
