Even as fans are celebrating, controversial actress Poonam Kaur came up with shocking comments on the makers. She said they are insulting the legendary freedom fighter, Bhagat Singh. She posted "When u cannot respect revolutionaries at least don’t insult them - a recent poster release for a movie - insults the name #bhagatsingh by placing it below foot - ego or ignorance ?"

While few are saying Poonam Kaur has a valid point, fans of Pawan Kalyan are furious with her and branding her as an attention seeker. Ustaad Bhagat Singh stars Sree Leela as the heroine while Ashutosh Rana, Gauthami, Naga Mahesh, and Temper Vamsi are playing important roles.
