Yashoda inspired by a foreign film.?

Samantha's medical thriller Yashoda which hit the screens on November 11 amidst huge expectations, is getting a good response at the box office. This again proved the fan following and stardom Samantha enjoys among movie lovers.

In the meantime, speculation is increasing about Yashoda's similarities to a Hollywood film titled Level 16. After the Hollywood film screened at Berlin International Film Festival in 2018, it was streamed directly on CBC Channel. skipping the theatrical release in 2019.

Just like in Yashoda, Level 16 has a hospital backdrop and is a medical thriller. Level 16 did not get much response from the viewers and it has to be seen whether Yashoda does better than Level 16. Level 16 is a 2018 science fiction horror by filmmaker Danishka Esterhazy. It follows a group of girls who live at a "school" that educates them about how to be perfect young women for families that they are told will eventually adopt them. Two girls work together to uncover the truth about their captivity.
