Muthyala Ramadasu, vice President of the Film Chamber who is one of member in the committee formed by the AP govt headed by CM Jagan Mohan Reddy on the directions of the High Court to address the controversial ticket rates in the theatres, after the conclusion of the committee members meeting today at Amaravati, speaking to scribes revealed the developments.

In the process he vindicated Mega Star Chiranjeevi's meeting with CM Jagan Mohan Reddy which some have been questioning branding it as a personal meeting. He added that Chiranjeevi held discussions only for the sake of the industry.

He said the committee discussed all issues pertaining to the ticket rates and added that the committee was formed only for the ticket rates. He added that the AP govt is in convergence with the 99% of their views and ticket rates will be fixed under three slabs. 

He said the rates have been discussed in the Film Chamber before putting forward the suggestions in front of the committee and the government. He revealed that the government will take the decision soon. He added that there will be 100% occupancy in theatres and masks are compulsory. He said the decision over ticket rates will be in consideration with the 100crs budget film's.
