Andhra Pradesh government headed by CM Jagan Mohan Reddy got a huge shock from the High Court. According to the latest, it is coming out that the AP High Court suspended the controversial GO No 35 brought in by the government. Owners of the theatres in Andhra Pradesh approached the High Court filing a petition in which they argued that the Government has no authority to decide on the ticket rates.

After hearing the arguments of the lawyers representing the theatres' owners in Andhra Pradesh, the High Court agreed with them and suspended the AP government's order to reduce the ticket prices. This comes as a huge relief for the exhibitors, distributors, and theatre owners in Andhra Pradesh and also the filmmakers in particular who for long have been trying their best to convince the AP government to do away with the controversial GO.

AP government brought in the GO targeting Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab earlier in April this year and continued with the same and the reduced ticket prices and the minimum ticket rate of Rs 5 came as a shock to everyone.
