If you are looking for the best CQC weapon, then you need nothing other than the MG3. The effectiveness of the MG3 in performing well in close quarter situations is well known.

With its large magazine size and stupid high rate of fire, you can do things like clear a full car within seconds and wipe a complete squad. Drop down and use its bipod, and it will feel like a laser.
