MAA elections to trigger more explosions

Even though notification for Movie Artistes Association (MAA) elections due in September is yet to come out and plans are on to defer them due to the coronavirus pandemic, contesting parties are making sensational allegations and counter-allegations.

It all started with Prakash Raj announcing his candidature and then Manchu Vishnu entering the fray. Entry of Jeevitha, Hema, and Narasimha Rao.CVL turned the contest into Telugu actors versus other language actors and then locals and non locals. All the candidates promised to construct their own building for MAA and Vishnu went to the extent of promising to beat the cost of the construction.

With the heat increasing and sparks flying from all quarters, rumours spread that Chiranjeevi is trying to come with a consensus formula and make a female the MAA president. But even before the consensus talk could garner momentum, others rubbished talking about the right for everyone to contest the elections and talking about healthy competition.

But forget about healthy competition, many feel that all are washing dirty linen in the public. Now Manchu Vishnu expanded the MAA Elections contest beyond just constructing the new building. He said legends like NTR, ANR, Dasari Narayana Rao used to come forward to solve any problems, but now there is no such elderly helping hand and guiding force on whom one can rely. This destroyed all the talk of Mega Star Chiranjeevi playing the role of the guiding force, though some stars talked Chiranjeevi being the one.

Manchu Vishnu then made sensational allegations saying he saved many actors when they were kept in the police station late night with mere underwears. He said the same people are now spewing venom on him and added that if they cross their limits and test his patience,he will expose them and revael their names in the public domain. With Manchu Vishnu vowing to expose his rivals, the question is will his rivals keep quite. Surely sparks are going to fly in the coming days.
