Shilpa Shetty's husband arrested in Pornography

Star actress Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra landed in trouble when Mumbai police arrested him in a pornography case. Mumbai police arrested him after a complaint and they claim that they have sufficient evidence and Raj Kundra appears to be the key conspirator.

Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale in a statement said that a case has been registered in Feb 2021 with the Crime Branch, Mumbai about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. He said police arrested Raj Kundra regarding this case as they have sufficient evidence and it appears that he is the key conspirator. Police slapped cases under IPC sections over cheating, indulging in the obscene act in public places, and publicly exhibiting or circulating obscene books or literature and under the Information Technology act.

Raj Kundra however denied all these allegations and applied for anticipatory bail. Rajkundra owns the app JL Stream and is also co-owner of Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
