Will the directors realize their dreams?

Just like stars, directors also have their dream projects. Now all eyes are on the directors and whether they will realize their dream projects.

Krishna Vamsi planned Rudraksha with Ramyakrishna, Anushka, and Samantha. But the project did not take off due to budget constraints. He also planned Rythu with Balakrishna. Even that project did not work out.

Rajamouli revealed that his dream project is Mahabharat. He is yet to start the groundwork on it. Pawan Kalyan planned Satyagrahi and even readied a script for it. AM. Ratham came forward to produce the project but Pawan backed off after the result of Jhonny.

Gunasekhar announced Hiranyakasipa with Rana. However, on his birthday he revealed that it will take time to take that project forward. He is currently busy with Shakuntalam.

Puri Jagannath planned Jana Gana Mana with Mahesh Babu. But Mahesh did not like the script. He is on the lookout for another hero and rumors have it that he will do Jana Gana Mana with Pawan Kalyan.

Trivikram Srinivas planned Kobali in Rayalaseema backdrop. However, the project is yet to go to sets. Sukumar has the dream of making a film on Srilankan fishermen who loses their way and land in East Godavari district suffering without food and water during their long boat journey. But due to its vast backdrop, he backed off a long time back but with Tollywood's reputation reaching international levels, he is thinking of this project once again.

Krish planned Parwa based on the book written by Parwa. The book is inspired by Mahabharat. Ram Gopal Varma planned Dora The Lord with Chiranjeevi but he put aside saying he cannot match fans' expectations.

Kodi Rama Krishna planned Vikramasimha with Balakrishna. But it was shelved due to budget constraints. He breathed his last without realising his dream.
