Movie lovers got super excited when mega producer Allu Aravind announced mythological entertainer Ramayan in 3D. The film to be directed by Dangal fame Nitesh Tiwari was announced to be produced jointly by Allu Aravind and Madhu Manthena with a whopping Budget of Rs 300 crs.

Since long time rumours spread that Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan will play the role of lord Rama and dream girl Deepika Padukone will be playing the role of goddess Sita. Plans are on to film Ramayan in a lavish and extravagant manner with out losing the soul of the story.

Ace writers are going to work for months for the completion of the project. Madhu Manthena who acquired the shares of Phantom films shares from his partners Anurag Kashyap , Vikramaditya Motwane and Vikas Bhal is keen to travel all alone. Buzz is he has all the support of his boss Allu Aravind and is financially strong.

To save the sanctity of Ramayana many researchers are working for the project. The makers are planning to rope in A Lister cast along with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. Ravi Udayawar, director of Sridevi's Mom is helping in the script work of the film.
