The BJP led union government has been playing a spoilsport against Indian film industry promoting Kangana Ranout who has determined to tarnish the image of Bollywood and thus wants to make lakhs of cine workers go jobless.
The BJP MP Ravi Kirshan on Monday, made some harsh remarks against Bollywood connecting the industry to drugs cartel.
However, Samajvadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan has given a fitting retort to the BJP MP as well sick minded people like Kangana.
In her 'Zero Hour' speech Jaya Bachchan said, "Just because there are some people, you can't tarnish the image of the entire industry. I am really embarrassed and ashamed that yesterday one of our members in Lok Sabha, who is from the film industry, spoke against it. It is a shame,"
"I think the government must stand by the entertainment industry because it always comes forward to help the government in whatever good work it takes up. They come and speak for them, they support them. If there is a national calamity, they come forward, they give money and their services."
Impressed by Jaya's support to Bollywood, Sonam Kapoor tweeted, ""I want to be her when I grow up," Sonam Kapoor tweeted.
