The spread of COVID 19 resulted in 1.5 crore people tested corona positive while 7.10 lakh patients lost their lives. 

In a significant achievement by the Oxford Scientists, the coronavirus Vaccine candidate being developed by AstraZeneca and Oxford University induces a strong immune response and seems to be safe with the early trials.

A total of 1077 people got trained with their immune system who developed white blood cells on a bright note. 

Noted Science journal Lancet published that the Vaccine produced a dual immune response in people aged 18 to 55 – provoking a T-cell response within 14 days of vaccination and an antibody. 

And now, with a great invigoration, Oxford scientists are all set go for the next phase of trials.
